Responsibilities:
• Leads the cross-division wide Russia Talent Management strategies and programs.
• Explores emerging Talent Management solutions that address key business needs within the organization.
• Plans, develops and implements the Organizational Development initiatives (in conjunction with the Russia T&D Manager) in support of strategic business goals, encompassing Organization Effectiveness, Employee Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management and Diversity.
• Influences the recruitment initiatives including University Relations, University Funding and Career fair participations with a focus on talent management.
• Directs and implements consistent and effective work processes for Succession Planning and Talent Development.
• Works in conjunction with the Staffing CoE (Center of Excellent) to develop and implement the Employer Branding strategies within Russia.
• Recommends appropriate systems for the Talent Management function, in collaboration with division Workforce Administration representatives
• Develops/ implements talent management and organizational competency model within Russia.
• If applicable, responsible for the sеlесtion of local Talent Management vendors and the management of their performance.
• Responsible for the full implementation and utilization of enterprise-wide Talent Management processes and systems.
• Ensures compliance of Talent Management plans and programs with appropriate laws and regulations.
• Establishes performance targets for the area Talent Management activities.
• Delivers quarterly performance results and appropriate action plans with regard to the Talent Management performance and HR performance plans and metrics
• Acts as a change agent within the respective CoE, for supporting and promoting organizational effectiveness and the new Human Resources model.
• Active member of the EARC Region Talent Management Team.
