- Experience in sales development of oil services, preferably geophysical services from 4-5 years (search, attraction and development of clients)
- Experience of negotiating at a high level
- Knowledge of oil and gas market in Russia and abroad
- Knowledge of marketing, business economics and strategic planning
- Presentation Skills
- Preferably senior managerial competence, leadership team, experience the creation of the team
- Preferably knowledge of programming Focus / ProMAX
- Fluent English
- Higher profile education preferred specialty - Geology / Geophysics (MSU, RGUNG them. Gubkina, and other universities)
- Additional training in the field of economics is an advantage

- Development and implementation of sales strategies
Development of long-term relationships with existing customers
Attracting new customers
- Organization, coordination and monitoring of technical and commercial proposals and presentations to clients
- Development of short-and long-term forecasts of the market and its capacity
- Analysis of marketing environment (competitors, suppliers, partners, customers, government authorities)
- Participate in marketing events, including exhibitions and conferences
Coordination of projects and interaction with departments of data processing and interpretation (production departments)
